Migraine – Natural Ayurvedic Home Remedies

Home Remedy I

(Chronic or Episodic)

1. Gur (Jaggery) – 1/2 tea spoon
2. Ghee (Butter Oil) – 1/2 tea spoon

Make a Halwa of these two.
Sprinkle Kapoor(Camphor) powder
(Made from a small piece – as big as a Chana Dal i.e. split Bengal-Gram)

Eat this at 5am in the morning and sleep for an hour after covering yourself well with warm cloths. You would get considerable sweating during this period. You can carry on with your daily routine after this.

Repeat this for 3 days.
 

Home Remedy II

(Chronic or Episodic)

1. Gur (Jaggery) – 1/2 tea spoon
2. Aak ka Doodh (Calotropis Latex) – 1 drop

Mix them.

Eat this at 5 am (before sunrise) in the morning and sleep for an hour after covering yourself well with warm cloths. You would get considerable sweating during this period. You can carry on with your daily routine after this.

Repeat this for 3 days.

* Drinking warm milk with half tea spoon of ghee on empty stomach in the morning for a few days can also help in migraine.

माइग्रेन – प्राकृतिक आयुर्वेदिक घरेलु नुस्खे

माइग्रेन (अध-कपारी)

  • गुड़ और घी का हलवा
  • कपूर का पाउडर

 
1. गुड़ और घी का लगभग १ चम्मच हलवा तैयार करें – उसके ऊपर चने की दाल के बराबर देसी खाने वाला कपूर का पाउडर छिडकें|
2. इस मिश्रण को सूर्योदय से पहले खाएं और स्वयं को वायु रहित स्थान पर गरम कपड़ा लपेट कर रखे ताकि एक बार शरीर से पसीना आ जाये|

ऐसा ३ दिन लगातार करें| इस प्रयोग से माइग्रेन के रोगी को काफी लाभ मिलता है|
