Natural Ayurvedic Home Remedies for Indigestion

Bloating or Flatulence – Home Remedy 1
(Gas formation / heaviness of stomach)


  1. Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi) – ¼ to ½ tea spoon
  2. A pinch of salt

Mixture to be taken with warm water – twice a day – after meals.

Regular practice improves digestive system and solves indigestion problems.

Indigestion – Home Remedy 2
  1. Anardana (Pomegranate) Powder – 75 gms
  2. Trikatu Churn – Powder of following with equal quantity each – 150 gms
    (a) Sonth (Dry Ginger)
    (b) Pipplai (Long Pepper)
    (c) Kalimirch (Black Pepper)
  3. Shakkar or Chini (Sugar) – 300 gms

Mix them all. Take 1/2 to 1 tea spoon full – once or twice a day.
